FAQ

Turn Around Time: Unless otherwise stated, all our shirts are Ready to Ship. That means we process your orders within 3-4 Business Days (usually faster!), and ship via USPS, which can take anywhere from 2 to 5 days to be delivered once in the hands of USPS. During Sales, please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing.

 

Pre-Orders: If a design is stated as a Pre-Order, that means it will ship within 4-5 weeks of order date. Please see the specific listing to see an estimated shipping timeline if it is a pre-order.

 

Professionally Screen Printed: All of our tees are professionally screen printed from a family owned business in Arizona. 

 

Sizing: All our tees are True to Size, with a slim cut so they don’t fit boxy. Adult tees run True to Size for Men’s sizing, so we recommend sizing down one for Women’s sizing. You can view our size chart for all the different styles {here}.

 

Care Instructions: We recommend washing your shirts inside out on cold and either tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to dry.

 

International Shipping/Customs: International Shipping takes anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks to arrive once we have shipped your order. International orders are shipped First Class and do not come with any insurance. If you would like to purchase insurance on your order, please email neverlandcrewclothing@gmail.com prior to purchasing. Neverland Crew Clothing is not responsible for your order once it has been dropped off with USPS, and cannot replace or refund for damaged or lost packages. If you are purchasing outside of the US, your country may charge you a customs fee. These are fees assessed by your country,  and are a Sales Tax on items entering your country. Neverland Crew Clothing is not responsible for these fees, cannot pay them, reimburse you for them, or mark a package as a gift to avoid any custom fees.

 

Returns/Exchanges: We don’t offer returns, however, if a size does not work out for you, please email us at neverlandcrewclothing@gmail.com. All Sale items are Final Sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.

 

Lost Mail: If USPS has marked your item delivered and you did not receive it, we recommend checking with anyone in your household who can get mail, all your neighbors, and finally your local Post Office for the GPS coordinates of where they marked your item delivered. If you have exhausted all these options, please send us an email at neverlandcrewclothing@gmail.com. While Neverland Crew Clothing is not responsible for lost packages, please email us with any concerns.
